Here are more of the events with which we were involved during 2001. With your help, we hope to expand the archive to include reports and reviews of more past events, including independent reports, campaign links and pictures (where available). You may be able to help by sending reports, or getting involved at Nottingham's Sumac Centre where we are based: 245 Gladstone Street, Nottingham, NG7 6HX. Photos would be particularly welcomed, which we will scan onto the site, and immediately return. If anyone has a digital camera, why not become our 'staff photographer' at any of the forthcoming events shown on the diary.
From the EF Action Update:
Summer Gathering 2001 - the one straw revolution!
Hopefully, this year's summer gathering, held on a
beautiful site in the Peak District, felt a bit
different to people. The collective, at any rate,
tried out some new ideas. We focused on making the
gathering inclusive, welcoming and accessible - lots
of thought was given to access for people with
disabilities, and to making the gathering more
friendly, especially to people new to EF! And then
there were the straw bales!
