Routemaster has proven that good quality food can be made available to all even from the unlikely confines of a Routemaster bus.
Street food has been taken to a new level here with takeaways being dished up to all the weekend market goers; however if you prefer to stick around longer, the candle lit dining room upstairs is wonderful.
The seasonal menu remains creative and delicious, the chocolate fondant is not to be missed.
Rootmaster has been serving delicious organic, vegan food, made with predominantly British produce, from inside a converted London Routemaster Bus for over 2 years.
Along with the seasonal menu is an entirely organic and biodynamic wine list, featuring some wines produced and bottled in the UK.
We have been working closely with PETA and Friends of the Earth and endeavor to help them with any campaigns whenever we can. The most recent one was to create a vegan foie gras recipe, which has been sent to PETA to use in their campaign to stop people eating this.
