Denbighshire Avian Rescue Centre

	D.A.R.C. was set up in mid 2009 to take in and rehome unwanted birds.

	Based in Bodelwyddan on the north Wales coast D.A.R.C (Denbighshire Avian Rescue Centre) was set up in 2009 dedicated in the welfare of our feathered friends. Our long time plan has always been to stay a small centre so we can give the best possible care to our visiters. We do re-home birds that are suitable, we will advertise all birds that we have to re-home on this site. We will take in birds that for one reason or another no longer have a place in your home or maybe just released by people expecting them to be ok living in the wild, where they may only last a day or two before they are killed by our native wildlife. We will also take in sick and injured wild birds although we can only take care of these for a short time as they will in no doubt need more specialist care. We will see to it that they go to the best possable place if they are to get the right care they deserve. D.A.R.C is a NON-PROFIT making centre - all donations go straight back to the birds welfare, good enclosures and the best diets.
