Legality
A question that is often asked is: Is what Animal Rights Alliance does legal? Our answer is: Absolutely. In cruelty cases, abusers may relinquish their animals voluntarily or the authorities may seize the animals as prosecution evidence.
In emergency cases, Animal Rights Alliance may act without the owners permission to alleviate suffering, and/or, to prevent a crime.
Our activities and findings are thoroughly documented and turned over to authorities to be used as evidence in their own investigations.
