Brinsley Animal Rescue Christmas Open Day

Sun 2nd December, 2018 @ 11:00 - 16:00

|Recurring Event (See all)

One event on Sun 1st December, 2019 at 11:00

There’s no better way to start the festive season than at Brinsley Animal Rescue’s Christmas Open Day.

The sanctuary is run by volunteers and on vegan values, rescuing unwanted pets, injured wildlife and farm animal victims of the meat and dairy industry.

This year we will be having a Christmas open day at the rescue centre, where you can meet the animals and visit our cafe and stalls.

Plus we will also have our own stalls and outside stalls and charities at Brinsley Parish hall, which is a short walking distance from the rescue, on Cordy Lane, Brinsley NG16 5BY, where parking is available. There is no parking on site at the rescue centre.

Veggies and others will be providing vegan catering and literature to help compassionate people make the connection between the animals they’re visiting at the rescue and those that end up on their plate.

Come and see the animals, meet Santa, see the many stalls. Admission is £1 for adults and free to children when accompanied by an adult. Dogs on leads welcome.
