★ INFO / RULES ★
▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬

• ALL AGES – But under 18’s must be accompanied by an adult 18+

• ARRIVAL/OPENING TIMES – Doors will open at 2pm on the Friday and people can arrive up until 11pm, at which point the doors will re-open at 9am on Saturday. Everyone has to be out the venue before 2pm on the Sunday. Please have your e-tickets up on your smartphone or printed out and ready to show to the people on the door to save time. Once in, fill up one fielding camping at a time, starting at the left back field moving right as they fill up. Apart from families who will all need to walk right until you get to the very bottom field which is family camping

• PARKING – For those coming by car, the venue carpark is £10 for the full weekend, paid on arrival. Go to the carpark first. The entrance with the Vegan Camp-Out sign will be on your right, drive past it and follow signs to the carpark. You will be given a weekend parking pass when you come into the carpark. There is 700 car spaces so it’s first come first serve. It will be open for arriving/new cars Friday 1.30pm – 11pm, and Saturday 9am – 12 noon but will be accesible at any time. The walk to the campsite is about 15-20 minutes. Follow the signs, and watch out for cyclists on this path. Please note, for those coming after 10pm on the Friday the one road you cross to get to the campsite entrance will be dark so please watch out for cars. The carpark may be full by 10/11am on the Saturday so cars may have to find parking nearby. It is advised to please bring all valuables with you from your car or at the very least lock them away in the boot as the carpark will be unattended after 11pm on the Friday and 12 noon on the Saturday. There is no light in this field so it will be dark in the evenings, so it’s advised to take a torch

• FAMILIES/CHILDREN – Those with children will have their own family camping area with their own toilets/showers, which will be furthest away from the noise at night. Once your tickets have been scanned, turn right and keep walking until you reach the very back field which is family camping. In this field there is free facepainting/glitter (for adults too) and also free sandart (children only, limited to one per person), and a play area, sandpit and table tennis a few minutes walk away in the nearest field. There is also 2 children’s workshop on the Saturday, one for ages 4-12, the other 11-18

• CARAVANS/CAMPERVANS – All the on-site caravan spots have now been sold. When you arrive, you need to come into the entrance which says ‘caravans only’ which is the first entrance on your right. Once you’re in and set up please walk to the wristband exchange at the other side of the campsite to get your tickets scanned. Those without a caravan pass can still COME in their caravan/campervan and park it in the carpark, but you can’t sleep in the carpark (venues rules), so you still have to camp, go home to sleep or stay in a hotel! If you have a caravan pass don’t go to the carpark, come straight to the caravan entrance and drive in as you are staying on-site

• TRANSPORT – The nearest train station to the venue is Nottingham train station. From Nottingham city you can get the number 11 bus to ‘Lady Bay, Adbolton Lane Terminus’, from here it is a 10 minute straight walk ahead to the campsite. On the Sunday you can get the 11C bus straight outside the campsite back to the city. There is one that leaves at 2.05pm so you can stay right until we close at 2pm! Here is the timetable – https://nct-walrus-assets.s3-eu-west-1.amazonaws.com/datasets/1489661762_58ca6f42d4aa9/public-assets/11-timetable.pdf

• DAY TICKETS – Day tickets are £10 for the Friday and £15 for the Saturday, but Saturday day tickets are now sold out and won’t be available to buy on the door either. Only Friday day tickets are left. Please note day tickets do not allow you to camp. Those coming in a car for the day will still need to pay the £10 carpark charge. You can park between 1.30pm – 11pm on the Friday, or 9am – 12 noon on the Saturday, new cars will not be allowed to park after these times. Please note the carpark may be full by 10/11am on the Saturday as it’s first come first serve, and would need to find parking nearby

• DISABLED ACCESS – The venue ground is all flat and has designated walking paths that everyone including those in wheelchairs can use, but it is going to be very busy, think festival style! And the marquee’s won’t have a disabled platform as they’re not very big, though we can fit a few wheelchairs right at the front at the side of the stage so you have a good view, so it’s up to the individual! Those with standing difficulties can also use this space to sit. If this area is full, we have asked people to be respectful by allowing you to go to the front of the marquee/stage. If you’re not the one driving, it may be best to get out of the car at the entrance, and wait for your driver to park the car and walk down to you to save you making that trip as it’s a 15-20 minute walk. There are disabled toilets and showers at the main toilet block near the centre of the campsite

• SPACE MANAGEMENT – As much as we can – 1 man tent for 1 person, 2 man tent for 2, 3 man tent for 3 etc. No 5 man tents for 2 people. This wastes space for somebody else that could come!

• ATM/MONEY – Please bring lots of money as the nearest ATM is a 15 minute walk from the campsite in the next village called ‘Lady Bay’

• INDIEGOGO – All tickets bought through Indiegogo have now been sent to the email address provided, so please check both inbox and junk/spam for an email from Billetto. If you still can’t find them please message us so we can get them re-sent

• TOILETS/SHOWERS – There is proper toilet blocks (not portaloo’s) on site as well as free showers!

• ALCOHOL – It is mostly BYOB (only bring enough for personal use!) but What The Pitta will also be selling alcohol!

• RESPECT THE PLACE – This goes without saying. Let’s leave it exactly how we found it. Please bring bin bags to fill up with your rubbish across the weekend and then put them in the skips provided outside the main toilet block when you leave. Bins will also be placed around the campsite labelled general waste and recycling. Please don’t put your barbeques in them!

• DOGS – For those that can either leave their dog at home or get a dog sitter, this would be highly appreciated and make things easier for everyone. But if the only way you can come is to bring your dog then that is also fine. Please note dogs must be kept on leads at all times and will have to sleep in your tent/caravan with you

• CAR SHARE (if you’re not coming by train or bus) – For many reasons. More people can come that can’t drive. It’s better for the environment. And it’s cheaper!

• T-SHIRTS – For those that ordered T-Shirts either through Indiegogo or Billetto, just take your voucher code you received in your email to the merch stand once you’re at the event, and they will give you your T-Shirt. So please don’t ask the people on the door about them 🙂 You can change your size as long as we have enough of that size. You will also be able to buy them at the event. We will also have posters and mugs for sale, and you’ll also be able to reserve your name for the 2018 event via PayPal!

• FIRES – are not allowed. Camping stoves are. So are disposable barbeques, but they cannot go directly onto the grass (putting bricks underneath are okay)

• PROHIBITED ITEMS – Illegal drugs and weapons

• BIKES – People asked if there’s anywhere to store bikes at the venue. There isn’t but if you can find somewhere you can lock your bike to, that’s fine, but neither us or the venue can be held responsible for it

• EARLY BIRD HECTIC VEGAN – For those that ordered the Early Bird Hectic Vegan promotion on Indiegogo, go to the Hectic Vegan stand on site to collect your goodybag!

• REFUNDS – As with all events tickets are non-refundable. If you can longer come you can sell your ticket by sending your e-ticket to the buyers email address
