The Badger Trust has decided to run a National Badger Week Campaign in 2016 from Saturday 25 June to Saturday 2 July. By moving the campaign from a day to a week and into the Summer (outside of the expected period for badger culls) the Badger Trust anticipates that more Groups and supporters will be able to hold events across the UK. National Badger Week will end with a family carnival march celebrating badgers in Stafford on Saturday 2 July.…

Vigils are also held when there is a sailing of live animals on the designated livestock ship.
