The purchase price of the new centre is £110,000.
We hope for a 70% - 80% mortgage, but need to raise £22,000 - £33,000 deposit, in addition to relocation expenses, legal fees and refurbishment costs. Some is already 'in the bag', ranging from individual coins being added to our 'pile of pounds', to loans of £1,000 pledged by members and well-wishers. However much more is still needed.

Standing Orders. It is just as easy to set up a standing order, asking your bank or building society to transfer a fixed amount on a regular basis, (like once a month). That way your support can continue after we have moved. Standing orders can run until you stop them, or for a fixed number of payments. Many banks allow you to pay a different amount on the first payment in case you want to make an extra donation at the start.
