Chocky Bikkie Fridge Cake

1. Place the biscuits in a carrier bag. Expel air and tie it closed, then stomp on it or whack it with a rolling pin until all those bikkies are reduced to ickle crumbs.

2. Break the chocolate into chunks without eating any then place it in a large bowl and microwave on 'medium high' for 2-3 minutes, until melted. Alternatively, place the bowl on top of a pan of boiling water. Meanwhile, chop the cherries in half.

3. Tip the other ingredients into the chocolate, then mix well.

4. Tip into a greased 8 inch flan dish (the sort with a bottom that pops up). Press down hard with the back of a spoon until it is even and smooth. Chill.
