Veggies Veggies is a separate co-operative based at the centre that provides vegan catering at all kinds of events. Volunteers provide essential help at events and with various campaigning activities.
Computers The Sumac Centre's computer network requires constant maintenance to keep it running
Building maintenance and cleaning A large building like the Sumac Centre requires continuous minor maintenance jobs, as well as regular cleaning
Web Site A busy web site needs to be kept up to date and revitalised so that it attracts and satisfies large numbers of online visitors
Resource Management The Centre has a large number of paper-based resources such as magazines, books and newsletters, as well as a photocopier, projector and other materials shared amongst members
Finance Volunteers who enjoy numbers look after the Centre's various financial aspects
Marketing/Promotion Working to increase interest in the Sumac Centre and its activities
Volunteer Co-ordination The recruitment and support of the Centre's most valuable resource!
