You'll see from facebook that we're busy (as at 20 March) with opening up our food stores for those isolated at home or those that wish to distance themselves from the madness of Tesco & Asda. Northern Green Gathering will again be held at Bradley Nook Farm, the beautiful organic farm near Ashbourne in the Derbyshire Dales. In 2017 Bradley Nook Farm donated its cows to Hillside Animal Rescue to live out their lives in sanctuary, and adopted a vegan organic future. Radical Routes is a network of radical housing co-ops, workers co-ops and social centres, whose members are committed to working for positive social change. Four times a year, the member co-ops get together at weekend events which have a social function, but which are also the places at which all important decisions are taken. Nottingham's Rainbow Centre opened at 180 Mansfield Road on 9th September 1985, the co-operative having been established on 9th April 1984 by campaigners for peace, animal rights, human rights, civil liberties and the environment.
