Events Stock Checklist
Used to check off & count stock going to event and to count what returns. From this we calculate how much was used so that at future events we have a better idea of how much to take. This is to minimise the risk of running out, whilst minimising wastage.
This sheet also has spaces to fill in…
– Venue (eg postcode) & contact info (eg mobile phone no) for organisers, in case of problems on the journey.
– names of the crew, along with ‘induction’ check-list to ensure that everyone has essential health & safety info at start of event.
– space for messages, requests from customers, things to do & things to remember for next time
– cash float taken and sales figures afterwards.

– Used to work out income and expenses.
– Also has Opening Check-list for Food Safety compliance, including space to record temperature checks.

Advance Prep Check-List
– Tasks to do, including arranging crew, ordering supplies, printing literature, gathering utensils & other equipment.
