Quiet at the moment.
Closed on Tursdays due to lack of volunteers.

Pat is on his way back from Edingburgh.
Cafe
Doing okay.
Got 5 stars for Food Hygenie inspection.
Need new oven.
Can’t get spare parts for current one as it’s too old.
Option 1- Buy new one.
Option 2- Refurb of kitchen icnluding a larger oven and getting rid of some of shelves on right hand side.
Andrew and others will come up with proposal for option 2 including time and costs- Decision must be made at next meeting.

Youth Club

Garden
No one is cordinating. This is becoming an issue particularly with the compost.
Tasha to send out a proposal to lock up the compost bins. Andrew to respond to this proposal.
Tasha also to send out an email about garden in general.

Andrew to buy one, Jack to put it up. Tasha to put it in the bin.
Keys
Give recharge a key and induct them into using the space. Dom to do this.
Dom to give the keys and list of key holders to Jack to put in the safe.

This thursday 4th November.
