Big ups
Tom H and Kate M for building shelves, everyone who organised and assisted running the open space, Tom H for helping veggies de-fly their kitchen, tom g for dealing with kids constantly.
Matters arising
Jack to ask Alfie to weld the frame back onto the tombola compost thing.
Tom H has told abdul that he can park his car in the yard over night (01.04.2013) while he gets it taxed.
Laura ask james trickey about leaking parapet.
Jack to re-do the bar volunteers list.
Tom g talk to dean about moving his car before may.
Jack set up doodle for post-visioning review and put it on admin list.
Laura try to co-ordinate a group to think about the peoples assembly/re-writing the secondary rules

Finance
Asking bar collective to up the rent to 600 quid – agreed. Will review in near future.
Open meeting at 6pm on saturday for anyone who wants to come along to find out how the finances work.
Problem with moving stuff between accounting software, tom h to speak to accountants.
Cafe
Still wondering about the missing cash, Rosie is trying to work out which fundraisers happened during the time we think it went missing.
New regime for recording money taken at peoples kitchen.
Jack look into chaining tea/coffee donations pot to counter to stop it getting robbed.
Where are all the knives?! Rosie to investigate.
Bar
Bar is struggling as a collective, need more people to be involved.
Members list needs to be updated, maybe. Laura/Camille might be on this.
Prices are being put up by10-20p.
Library
Some shelves still to go up. Ben has taken on catagorising the books. Pat would like an electronic catalogue to happen.
Maintenance
Would be nice to paint the back wall – job for work evening on 17th. Rosie to find the paint or buy more if there is none. Lots of cheap non-eco paint at lomax.
Food bank
Chan put a light in the new storage.
Entertainment
Events meetings every fortnight starting this wednesday 3rd 8.15pm
Radical Routes
Next gathering in may in cornwall, anyone who wants to go to organise transport with neds and wild peak.
Cornerstone
Still needs to be discussed, people are weary of the topic. We’ll discuss it after the meeting.
Shakedown Afterafter party
Concerns raised about partying in the centre on sunday daytime. Agreed we’d talk about it informally amongst friends and possibly bring it up at the peoples assembly, if they happen.
Admin list
Publicise that anyone can join the admin list?
Post the minutes on the sumac website.
Tom h to ask chris seal about setting up a sumac forum for people to discuss the sumac and feel involved without having to join the admin list.
