Canada Goose Protest at Flannels

Please join us outside Flannels in Cardiff to protest the horrific practices involved in the production and sale of fur.
Flannels sell Canada Goose jackets – a product of immense cruelty – for profit.
The fur trim of these coats are made from dogs – coyotes – who were trapped in metal leg-hold traps for days.
Many female coyotes have been known to chew off their own limbs, desperate to return to their babies.
When the trapper returns to the trap he laid he shoots the innocent coyote in the head and skins them, sometimes ALIVE, for THEIR fur.
For money.
This is despicable.
The down filling in these coats is made from the plucked feathers of LIVE GEESE.
This is known as ‘live-plucking’.
When their feathers have grown back in 6 or 7 weeks they are live-plucked again.
The pain felt by this horrendous plucking is akin to a human fingernail being pulled out.
Please join us and help educate the public about this company profiting from torture and murder.
Make some noise for the animals.
Please bring whistles, drums, laptop/tablet fur industry footage, megaphones and your voice!
