Domestic Extremist Awareness Day – Picket New Scotland Yard!

The fifth annual “Domestic Extremist Awareness Day” takes place on Monday 5 February. We are campaigning for a complete end to the meaningless but sinister use of the ‘domestic extremist’ label against all legitimate political dissent – a critical justification for state surveillance on protest movements in the UK.
This year “Domestic Extremist Awareness Day” coincides with a hearing of the ongoing Undercover Policing Inquiry.
We are calling on campaigners to join us before work at 8am outside the Metropolitan Police’s new headquarters on Victoria Embankment.
We’ll then move on to the nearby Royal Courts of Justice for 9am for a demo until that day’s undercover policing inquiry hearing at 10am.
