Don’t put Britain on the nuclear front line: day of action – Lakenheath base

No US nukes in Britain – Make Lakenheath a nuclear-free zone!
Join peace activists from CND (Campaign for Nuclear Disarmament) and other campaign groups at RAF Lakenheath, protesting against US plans to base deadly nuclear bombs at the base. This would put Britain on the nuclear frontline. The threat of nuclear weapons being used again in war is growing. But so is public opposition! Join the protest, learn more about what’s going on at this base and help build our campaign to stop nuclear bombs coming back to Lakenheath!
Time: Midday to 2pm (followed by peace picnic if weather holds!)
Place: Lakenheath Main Gate (Gate 1), Brandon Road, Brandon IP27 9PN
Nearest station: Brandon – 15 minutes’ drive by taxi
