Dunkirk and Lenton Martinmas Fair

Food By Veggies will feature at the Medieval Fair on 22nd October at Priory Park & Priory Church of St Anthony, Old Lenton, Nottingham, NG7 2NW.
Reviving Nottingham’s first famous fair – the Martinmas fair at Lenton Priory
First held in 1164, this annual event put Nottingham on the map internationally. Celebrate this history.
The fair is organised by members of the local community and The Lenton Centre, with the assistance of Alison Montgomery (Trent & Peak Archaeology) and Iffat Iqbal (Neighbourhood Development Officer for Dunkirk and Lenton).
The fair takes place on Saturday 22 October, 11am-4pm, with an official opening at 12 noon.
Please remember to dress for the weather. Medieval-style costumes are greatly welcomed, but are also entirely optional!
