We are on the threshold of something new.
Over the past year the youth strikes, indigenous resistance and Extinction Rebellion have set the stage. People everywhere are waking up to the terrible reality of the climate emergency. Ever so slowly, a global rebellion is brewing.
Extinction Rebellion will join a chorus of voices with a vision for a more just world, where we are no longer masters but stewards of the natural world. Where we have ended the chaotic pillage of our planet and each other. But we are not there, yet.
We are thousands of ordinary people who care.
We are doctors, school teachers, carpenters, parents, bus drivers, retail clerks, pensioners…
We are rebels.
Join us on February 22nd. Together, we will put out the fire.
