Throughout this class, Anna Middleton will lead you through the benefits of eating therapeutic foods such as ferments, seaweeds, medicinal mushrooms and brain-boosting superfoods all of which help body function and mood. All the recipes are plant-based, gluten-free and sugar-free providing you with a range of tasty and exciting recipes which will leave you feeling satisfied and won’t elevate blood sugar levels.
