Savers of the Lost Archive 2: Upload your precious protest materials

Let’s Do the Time Walk Again! Bring your protest materials to the Bishopsagte Institute and become your own archivist. Flyers, newsletters, photos, videos and other disobedient objects are all welcome and will join our massive mash-up of radical materials. Join the crew of the Resistance Exhibition/Archive for the second of our monthly series of open archiving sessions. and make all of this precious untold history public, accessible and searchable online. Help people to learn from the past, to build the future.
The archiving workshop opens at 2pm, when we will help you to organise, digitise and upload your archive. At 6.30pm, there will be a general introduction on HOW TO ARCHIVE ONLINE. There will also be guided tours to the Bishopsgate Institute library. Feel free to drop in whenever you can between 2pm and 9pm.
The Resistance Archive exists to exhibit and conserve archives from at least the last 30 years of protest in the UK. To get involved, send us an email: historyofresistance@gmail.com or call Richard 07894 350478.
PLEASE NOTE: You DO NOT NEED a paper or electronic ticket to enter the Bishopsgate Institute. The library is open for all members of the public during those hours. Please just ask reception to direct you to the library.
