the Sumac Centre is finally open!
Join us on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays, 10am - 6pm for a tour of the new Centre, the cafe, gardens, meeting/performance space, internet access and library.

June 30th 2001 : PURCHASE COMPLETED !
On March 25th 2001 we left our home
of 16 years on Mansfield Road, and after crossing many legal hurdles finally
completed purchase of the new Centre on June 30th. However there are still
several months of renovation to be completed before we are able to open.

been able to set up an office and you can now write to us at the new address

CENTRE TO OPEN IN NOTTINGHAM
The premises formerly known
as ‘The Ukrainian Centre’, on Beech Avenue and Gladstone Street
in Forest Fields / New Basford, Nottingham, is to re-open as a social venue and resource centre, for everyone concerned with global issues, animals, people and the environment, with

vegan community cafe.
We also aim to create workshop
space and a permaculture garden for the community.
