FrAcktion Action – South Yorkshire

Fracktion, a Sheffield based activist group, are organising a Spring gathering highlighting the many fracking sites that have popped up in the Yorkshire and East Midlands and to build solidarity in the fracking belt of North Notts/Derbyshire.

It will involve skill sharing, workshops and action planning in an effort to put on a creative action on Sunday and Monday.

This will be an opportunity to showcase local victories, share skills, and focus on creative solutions to the challenges facing anti-frackers in the area.

To build momentum for the event there will be a Protest & Creative Actions day on the 9th March at Harthill Village Hall,  Winney Hill, Sheffield S26 7YL
